A complete workstation or equipment for professional stays can be put in place before you arrive, on request.

How much does a mid-term rental in Chiaia, Naples cost?

From €3,750 to €7,000 a month, all inclusive. The 40 sqm studio goes from €5,000 on a 3 month lease to €3,750 on 18 months. The 60 sqm units from €6,000 to €4,700. The 95 sqm apartment for 6 people from €7,000 to €5,750.

What is the minimum stay?

One month, up to a maximum of 18. For stays of 1 to 3 months the rent is quoted on request, depending on the unit and the period. Under 30 days we offer the short-stay formula.

What do hotel services mean?

Two full cleans a week, weekly change of bed linen, towels on request, restocking of supplies. All carried out by our own staff, with a single point of contact for the whole stay.

Do I need to be resident in Naples?

No. The transitional lease is designed for people whose residence is elsewhere and who are in the city for work, an assignment or a renovation.

Yes. We put the lease in the company's name and invoice monthly. We need a company registration extract and the legal representative's ID.

Can I have a parking space?
